The concept of personal interaction of subjects of educational space on the basis of
theoretical and empirical study of psychological laws, factors and conditions, character and content
of personal interaction of subjects of educational space in its various segments is developed, as a
psychological basis of further development of psychologically substantiated ways of optimization
context of the humanistic paradigm.
A theoretical and empirical study of a number of specific psychological manifestations that
reflect a holistic systemic vision of the phenomenon of personal interaction of the subjects of
educational space. Subsystems of psychological constructs that outline the problem field of
measurements, structural characteristics and conditions of interaction of subjects in different
segments of the educational space are studied.
