Description

Process-design documentation has been developed and a test-sample of the vacuum stand test-bench with accessories has been produced to obtain protective coatings of a 30mm barrel simulator using high impulse magnetron sputtering. Preliminary research was done on better design of a magnetron sputter, its connection system and its operating regimes, of a transverse (relative to electric field) magnetic field system. A required configuration and magnetic field induction were calculated and simulated for effective electron “trap” construction.
