Also, in ewes with crossbred lambs, there is an increase in daily milk production by 6.7-9.5%. Crossbred lambs surpass purebred lambs in live weight at birth by 8.9-15.6%.Indicators of live weight, absolute and relative gains in hybrid animals were higher in all periods of observation. At 4 months of age, crossbred sheep in live weight prevailed over purebred ones by 24.7 and 10.8%. The advantage of the lamb ewes’ ones was 18.3 and 2.1%. At 14 months in age, hybrid rams surpassed purebred animals in live weight by 13.0-14.3% (P> 0.999). The positive influence of crossing on the slaughter yield was established. In purebred young animals at 4.5 months age, this figure was 39.5%; for hybrids AFF×T - 44.9%, and for AF ×M - 42.4%. At 6.5 months of age, these indicators increase to 42.6 ... 47.3%, with a predominance of crossbred rams. By slaughter weight, crossbreds prevailed over purebreds at 4.5 months age by 15.4-20.2% (P> 0.95), and at 6.5 months by 18.2-26.3% (P> 0.95). Among crossbred animals, AFF×T rams had the best slaughter qualities. In terms of morphological and varietal composition, the carcasses of hybrid AFF×T rams also exceeded AFF×M and purebred Merino at 4.5- and 6.5-mon. age.
