The most essential physical factors and technological methods for ensuring the optimal ratio between disordered solid solution and ordered intermetallic phases in multicomponent systems due to the thermal and thermo-force action on the structural-phase state, electronic and phonon subsystems and by initiation of phase transformations, that most effectively affect the level of physical and mechanical properties, have been determined.
