The purpose of res earch – the development of new methods in complex analysis and their application in other sections of mathematics. A theory of spear operators is constructed and a new theory is applied to nonlinear mappings that’s atisfy the Lipschitz condition. A local analogue of Wiener's theorem on absolutely convergent trigonometric series is proved.The conditions for implicit inhomogeneous linear difference equation have a unique solution are obtained. New necessary and sufficient conditions for entire functions to be in the Lagerra-Polia type I class have been applied to the study of important special functions. Research methods – theoretical. The obtained scientific results fully correspond to the current level of development of the relevant branches of mathematics. They have been published in world-class professionals cientific journals. The obtained results were tested at seminars and conferences in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Seoul (Korea), Gothenburg (Sweden), Holon (Israel), Protaras (Cyprus), Budapest. The obtained results are fundamental and find various applications in others cientific disciplines. The obtained results will be of interest to relevant scientific and educational institutions (Kyiv, Lviv universities, the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Mathematical Department of the B.Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, etc.).
