Based on the obtained results, it is proposed to improve the system of settlements with beet growers for sugar beets according to the end result and stimulate them to improve the technological quality of roots based on domestic models of forecasting technological indicators according to their chemical composition. Since, in Ukraine, the practice of sugar factories does not use forecasting of technological and technical and economic indicators of sugar beet processing depending on their chemical composition, determined by their acceptance from beet growers and is not taken into account for payment. development of models and methodology of their application will allow the sugar industry of Ukraine to obtain a new mathematical apparatus for assessing the quality of raw materials and calculations with suppliers of sugar beets, management of raw materials during storage, taking into account the characteristics of sugar beet hybrids. This will increase the efficiency of the sugar beet industry of Ukraine by stimulating the cultivation of sugar beet roots with improved technological quality at an additional cost. The performed researches make it possible to introduce into production a modern technological scheme of sugar-containing raw materials according to the end result and stimulation of growing raw materials with high technological quality (high sugar yield at low sugar content in molasses). The introduction of such a technological scheme will increase the yield of sugar by 0.5-0.7% by weight of beets.
