The state of moisture supply of reclaimed lands in the conditions of climate change is analyzed. A systematic study was conducted to identify key issues that complicate the sustainable operation and development of the infrastructure of irrigation and drainage systems. Effective approaches to solving existing problems in accordance with the best world practices are proposed.
Based on the generalization of research results, a collective monograph "Scientific principles of land reclamation in the context of climate change" was prepared.
