The research solved the following tasks: - adapted typical resource-saving technological projects of hop growing in the Polissya and Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine and cost estimates to the price situation in 2020 (scientific and practical recommendations); - the conjuncture of the world and domestic markets of hops, export-import operations on the market of hop products is studied; - the guidelines of cooperation in the field of hop growing for its effective functioning and European integration development are highlighted; - developed a Strategy for the development of the hop industry in Ukraine for 2021-2025; - the possibilities of application of strategic management tools (PRESTKOM- and SWOT-analysis) for determination of the world competitive market environment of the hop industry are substantiated; - a model of an international cluster for the production and processing of hop products was developed; - the Concept of development of the hop industry in Ukraine (scientific and methodical recommendations) is developed.
