Together with a network of research institutions (Podilska DSS, Pridnestrovska DSS, Sumy DSS, Melitopol DSS, Mliivska DS pomologiya, Bakhmutska (Artemivska) DSR, Krasnokutsky Department of Horticulture, Lviv Department of Horticulture, as well as the Institute of Agriculture) in 2016-2020, the analysis and accumulation of data on monitoring the condition of plantations of fruit, berry and nut crops in different agro-ecological zones of Ukraine in connection with the influence of overwintering conditions and the growing season. The results of research according to the provided forms were sent to the Institute of Horticulture of NAAS. More than 50 information reports on the condition of plantations and weather conditions were prepared and submitted to the Presidium of NAAS, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and to the departments of agro-industrial development of regional state administrations.
In the winter periods of 2016 - 2020 after exposure to low temperatures by microscopic analysis tissue damage of buds, shoots and branches in 10500 samples taken in the field was analyzed.
The economic estimation of efficiency of monitoring researches of a condition of plantings and the developed methods is given. The economic effect of preventing losses through the use of modern diagnostic methods is up to 875 thousand grn./ha.
