Objective: The aim of the project is to develop and study effective algorithms for minimizing the functions of a large number of variables and solving the problem of learning neural networks of different architecture, building algorithms for computer implementation of averaged models of multiphase diffusion in porous media, development of monotonic difference scheme -diffusion-reaction, development of a model of external ballistics for a body stabilized by plumage, taking into account the moments of inertia and the algorithm for its implementation. Research method: Nurminsky schemes and Feyer operator techniques, Nesterov fast gradient method schemes, methods of a priori estimates in negative spaces, methods of averaging differential equations in partial derivatives, difference methods. Mathematical models of drug transport in cancerous tumors and related problems of optimization and controllability of systems described by differential equations in partial derivatives, where the coefficients and right parts belong to different functional spaces, have been developed and studied. Mathematical models of averaging of differential equations and algorithms of their computer realization which arise at the decision of such problems are developed and investigated. Extragradient-type methods have been developed to solve two-level variational inequalities with monotone operators that arise when analyzing optimization problems with constraints in the form of variational inequality.
