A system of exercises and tasks for the formation of 1-4 grades students’ oral speech in Ukrainian language lessons in schools with teaching in the languages of national minorities was developed. A textbook “Ukrainian language and reading” 4 grade for schools with Polish as a instruction language, the content of which is developed taking into account the competence approach, was prepared.
