A forming experiment on the introduction of the developed methodic of forming oral Ukrainian speech of students of 1-2 grades, skills of productive speech communication of students of 3-4 grades in lessons of Ukrainian language in schools with teaching in languages of national minorities was done. The main principles of selecting of exercises and tasks for formation of oral speaking skills and abilities on the lessons of Ukrainian as a state language (general didactic and linguo didactic) were defined and their content has been clarified. A system of exercises and tasks for the formation of 1-4 grades students’ oral speech in Ukrainian language lessons in schools with teaching in the languages of national minorities was developed. A textbook “Ukrainian language and reading” 4 grade for schools with Polish as a instruction language, the content of which is developed taking into account the competence approach, was prepared.
