The purpose of the work is to develop the direction of STEM-education in the Kirovohrad region, which is revealed in the research work of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the academy and the development of innovative technologies, forms and methods of physics and mathematics disciplines in accordance with priority areas of science and technology and STEM-education, as well as the motivation of students and cadets to the technical direction of study.
