The work includes the implementation of the following main stages: to develop a process and equipment for high-speed hybrid process of plasma welding of aluminum, titanium, compressed arc with axial supply of conductive wire (Plasma-MIG-process). To develop equipment and technology of electrodynamic processing (EDO) of welded joints under the conditions of their implementation by Plasma-MI process. Create a combined technology "Plasma-MIG-welding + EDO", develop technological recommendations for its use for the manufacture of welded structures with increased service life of aluminum, titanium alloys and structural steels.
