On winter wheat, the application of mineral fertilizers increased the weight of 1000 grains of winter wheat from 9.9% to 18.1% (control 30.4 g), the nature of the grain from 2.9% to 5.5% (control 747 g) , the protein content increased compared to the control by 11.8–36.3% (10.2% in the control), the crude gluten content by - 11.9–32.6% (in the control 20.2%). On spring barley, the application of mineral fertilizers contributed to an increase in the weight of 1000 grains by 12.8–15.8%, the protection system and microfertilizer by 1.8% (control 49.2 g), the nature of spring barley grain by 1.8–3.5 %, protection of crops and application of microfertilizers by - 1.7% (control 601 g / l), the protein content in the grain of spring barley and increased it by 10.7–13.0% (control 11.5%).
