The research report substantiates technologies for the production and use of dry mixes to obtain concrete with special properties for renovation of structures. Methodological foundations of structural strength of composite spans combining prefabricated metal structures of military reserve and reinforced concrete uniting slab have been developed. The parameters of the drilling-injection technology for the renovation of foundation structures and increase of their bearing capacity have been substantiated. The dependences of the renovation of the subgrade based on the use of waste crushed stone are substantiated. Constructive and technological solutions for embedded parts and reinforcing couplings for foundations have been developed. The basics of organizational and technological solutions for quick renovation have been provided.
