The results of experimental researches of both magnetron discharge and properties of synthesized coatings, including physical-mechanical and medical-biological properties, are presented. The optimal parameters of plasma and charged particle fluxes, which provide the synthesis of coatings with the best tribological properties and biological parameters of the body's response, are presented.
