From the UV spectra of diffuse reflection, the ratio IUVSCe4 + / IUVSCe3 + was determined as a measure of the surface defect of CeO2 nanocrystallites. According to the kinetic data, the Kaf calculation determined the catalytic enzyme-like activity of nanocomposites in the model reaction of H2O2 decomposition in the pH range 8.5–10.5. A decrease in the activity of nanocomposites with a decrease in their defect (Ce3 + content) and an increase in the size of nanocrystallites was found. The activation energy of the hydrogen peroxide decomposition reaction at pH 10 in the temperature range 20–40 C was studied. A decrease in the activation energy with a decrease in the defect of nanocrystallites, an increase in the content of the decorator and the size of its particles has been established.
