Research methods: chromatographic, electrophoretic, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, spectrophotometric and methods of mathematical statistics. For the first time, the fraction of trypsin-like enzymes from blood plasma in patients with bladder cancer was obtained and characterized and fundamental differences in its composition were revealed, namely the absence of stable covalent complexes of proenzymes with effector molecules and the appearance of elastase fragments. A violation of proteolytic balance with the development of bladder cancer, the manifestation of which is an increase in total proteolytic activity, the activity of matrix metalloproteinases and serine proteinases. These changes occur against the background of changes in the content and activity of key inhibitors in plasma, namely increased activity of α2-antiplasmin, α2-macroglobulin in plasma of patients with PCM at different stages and decreased activity of α1-antitrypsin in patients with stage III bladder cancer.
