Based on the analysis of technological parameters and substantiation of the possibility of their use in the development of modular farm technology, a research and production experiment was conducted in the State Enterprise "Gontarivka" Kharkiv region of Vovchansk district to study different technologies for keeping black-spotted dairy bulls. It is established that when keeping bulls of the I group on walking foraging areas with an area of 5 m2 per head and rest indoors and of the II group with an area of 25 m2 per head without using the premises. The difference in the intensity of growth of animals was insignificant, which indicates the lack of negative impact on the growth and development of young animals of group II when around the clock being in the open field. On the basis of the conducted researches the possibility of development of technology for beef production for farms and industrial farms was revealed. Every six months, 30 heads of bulls for farms and 100 heads for industrial farms arrive at the feeding site, so the area of the site will consist of 2 modules of 30 and 100 heads, respectively, for farms and industrial farms. Beef production at the fattening site is carried out in four cycles of growing bulls: 4-7 months, 8-10 months, 11-13 months and 14-16 months. and two periods of 4-10 months and 11-16 months. The growth rate of bulls for farms is 908 g per day, and industrial - 1000 g per day, which makes it possible to obtain the final live weight at 16 months of age on the farm 450 kg, and industrial - 475 kg and get respectively 270 quintals and 950 quintals beef in live weight.
