It is proved that the developed probiotic-nanomethaloglobulin preparation (PNMGP) on the basis of bovine serum globulins with the addition of aquachelates of iron nanoparticles, metal salts and probiotics is harmless, increases the activity of nonspecific immunity to 20% and indicates by 50.0%, affects the functional state of the liver and kidneys of birds. It induces the expression of genes encoding the cytokines IL-17α, IL-2, IFN-γ. The content of biologically active substances, macro- and microelements in the initial biological mass of the silkworm pupa (LSW) and its extracts was determined. The safety and biological effect of experimental samples of feed additives from LVH on the body of rats were established. The positive effect of the developed feed additive based on silkworm pupae (CD LSW) on body weight gain of broiler chickens, in particular with vaccinations against Newcastle disease, hemoglobin synthesis and leukocyte count, as well as the state of nonspecific humoral immunity.The drug enhanced specific immunity after vaccination with Newcastle disease vaccine by 2 log2. and gene expression of cytokines such as IL-17α, IL-2, IFN-γ.
