An installation for simulation experiments was developed and targeted studies were conducted on the influence of various factors (hydrogen content, stress and temperature regime) on hydride reorientation and hydrogen embrittlement, hydrogen influence on creep and fatigue resistance, joint action of hydride reorientation and creep degradation on degradation.
Purpose: to investigate in simulation experiments the effect of hydrogen on the electrical resistance, phase transformations in the shells of fuel rods Zr-1% Nb at temperatures in the range of 20 С 980 ° C.
