In the process of research methods were used: monographic, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system analysis, observation, description, abstraction, idealization, sociological research. A number of results have been obtained that have scientific and practical value, in particular: improved approaches to identifying tools to improve the formation and improvement of corporate culture of economic entities and financial institutions, based on foreign experience and the model of "science - production". Innovative directions of improving the corporate culture of financial institutions of Ukraine are outlined.
