The results are obtained in the form of scientifically sound and created by the authors of new types of equipment and technologies for processing materials, complex surfaces and manipulation of objects for various technological operations in mechanical engineering. The main way to improve and enhance the quality of complex profiled inner surfaces is a comprehensive method of assessing the force, kinematic, elastic properties of equipment, taking into account the plasticity of the deformation cells and their consideration in feedback with the control processes. A sequence of technological and design actions has been developed, which provide for a directed search of technological schemes that ensure the manufacture of internal profiles of precision tubular products of the required geometry according to the needs of production.
