popup.description2
The complexity and scale of modern transformation processes, the spread of globalization, exacerbation of existing threats and the emergence of new types of dangers that have a socio-economic nature require a change in the vector of knowledge of the security phenomenon: from the traditional, which the main threat is of a military nature; to the critical, which involves the consideration of the phenomenon of security through the prism of human problems, the creation of conditions related to the prevention of threats in everyday life and ensuring the social security of society as a whole.
The analysis of social security through the prism of indicators and methodological approaches to ensure personnel security of enterprises in the context of social security was conducted.
However, despite the significant scientific and methodological and practical work of scientists in the field of social security, the issue of assessing and analyzing the state of social security of the regions of Ukraine needs further research.
