The object of research is the process of functioning of the sphere of accumulative pension provision. The subject of the work is the theoretical and methodological provisions, methodological and practical tools for the formation of a risk-oriented system of funded pension provision. The purpose of R & D is to develop new approaches to the formation of risk-oriented system of funded pensions based on the application of scientific and methodological provisions and practical tools for its formation, which will increase (eliminate imbalances, overcome threats to social interests) social security, increase financial capacity and participants of this system, their security and trust in it, the growth of long-term investment resources in the economy due to the accumulated funds of the participants, which will guarantee the strengthening of economic security of the state.
