The purpose of the study is the scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological principles, scientific and methodological and practical recommendations for the management of economic security of enterprises.
The object of study is the process of managing the economic security of the enterprise. The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological foundations of economic security management of the enterprise.
To achieve this goal, a system of general scientific and special research methods was used: logical generalization, analysis and synthesis (to generalize theoretical approaches to economic security management of the enterprise), methods of economic and mathematical analysis and enterprises in particular), graphical method (for visual display of research results).
The information base of the study was the data of international and national statistics, legislative and regulatory documents of Ukraine, studies of foreign and domestic scientists and practitioners, etc.
In the research work in the first section the theoretical approaches to the management of economic security of the enterprise with regard to personnel management are analyzed and further developed .
In the second section are works of Methodological principles and functions, principles of management of economic security, performance evaluation system discussed management of economic security.
The third section of the research work examines the multifaceted nature of crisis management in terms of creative economy and environmental principles.
