Processes of energy redistribution between its sources, means of conversion and consumers in order to minimize fuel consumption in AIT for agricultural purposes. The purpose of the work is to improve the designs of agricultural traction vehicles in order to minimize fuel consumption. According to the results of research on the family of tractors of the Korean company "LS Mtron", an autonomous pneumatic system was introduced for field correction of air pressure in AIT tires. The developed theoretical bases of determination of power losses on formation of a track by wheeled running systems of traction vehicles allow to carry out engineering calculations at development of new AIT. Introduction of a pneumatic brake system driven by an autonomous electric compressor on transport AITs with HTZ-3512 tractors to comply with the requirements of UNECE Regulation №13 on braking properties and minimization of fuel consumption. On the basis of scientific bases of traction calculations the substantiation of parameters of wheeled tractors with hybrid power plants taking into account operating conditions is developed. Variants of energy distribution processes between the internal combustion engine, energy storage and traction motor. The parameters of the mathematical model of the suspension system of the vehicle on the basis of the car chassis are substantiated and the influence of the mass of the load in the KrAZ body on its resonant oscillation frequency is determined. The influence of traction resistance of tillage implements on redistribution of loads in the running system of TTZ, created on the basis of KrAZ car, is determined.
