The objective of the project is to create a reserve (emergency) supply of oxygen in the oxygen-generation shop to the liquidoxygen storage with gasification station, and construction of a new air-separation plant (hereinafter, - ASP) to meet the current
and long-term requirement of the plant for low-pressure oxygen and medium-pressure nitrogen. Moreover, the new ASP shall
ensure backing-up for the existing ASP-60 in case of shutting down for planned or emergency maintenance with generation of
high-pressure oxygen.
