Based on the study of clinical and functional, laboratory parameters and experience in industrial aerosols and other harmful production factors, assess the state of cardiohemodynamics, vascular endothelial function in patients with COPD with concomitant hypertension, improve diagnosis and improve treatment and prevention measures dust lung diseases (pneumoconiosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) with concomitant hypertension in industrial workers. A randomized, open-label, controlled study of 196 patients with COPD stage II and III, including patients with essential hypertension, 180 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria, including the effectiveness of immunomodulators of leukocyte dialysate lyophilized during ascites, studied 100 patients with bronchiectasis, studied the microbial spectrum of sputum and changes in the spirogram in patients with hematological diseases. Research methods: general clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunological. The issues of diagnostics of disorders of central and peripheral hemodynamics, metabolic function of vascular endothelium are studied. Practical recommendations for individual selection of the optimal variant of pharmacotherapy based on the determination of the initial clinical condition of a patient with COPD in combination with coronary heart disease and CHF have been developed. The results of GDR are implemented in the practice of therapeutic and cardiac departments mm. Dnepropetrovsk, Cherkasy, Yalta, Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih. Field of application - therapeutic, pulmonological, cardiological, occupational pathology departments of hospitals, other medical and preventive health care institutions.
