The research object - the processes and appropriatenesses to form yield capacity and quality of marketable vegetable products and fruit. The purpose of the work - to elaborate the elements of the technology for the production and storage of vegetables and fruit in open and closed ground; fruit plants (apples, raspberries, black currants, red currants, blueberries, gardens grafts and apple seedlings) in the intensive; to determine garlic safety according to its quality before storage. Research methods: general scientific and special ones. The research was carried out according to the research plan in three sections: Section 1. Technological methods and elements of growing vegetable crops in open and closed ground. Section 2. Elaboration of technological elements and methods to grow fruit plants in the intensive gardens of the Eastern Forest-Steppe in Ukraine. Section 3. Sapety of vegetables depending on their quality. In the report the results of the research have been elucidaleted and applied in the technology to grow and store vegetable and fruit crops in the farms of Kharkiv region. It is important to expand the species and variety composition of vegetable crops, to develop elements of the intensive technology to grow fruit crops in further research.
