The object of research is legislative, scientific and educational activities in the field of staff development of forensic institutions (training of professional experts, the state of educational and methodological and information-analytical support).
The aim of the work is to develop guidelines for improving the staffing of forensic institutions, which provide a comprehensive analysis of the legal and scientific-theoretical framework, as well as organizational issues related to improving staffing to develop a strategic concept that will identify ways solving the leading problem of development and productive activity of forensic institutions.
Theoretical and practical results - the result of the research are methodological recommendations for improving the staffing of forensic institutions. The methodological recommendations for improving the staffing of forensic institutions will reflect the peculiarities of the development of the staffing system of forensic institutions, which include the selection, training of professional experts at various educational levels, including the third (educational and scientific) level, motivation and adaptation of employees.
