The aim of the work is the synthesis of starting materials and complex compounds Re(I) and Re(III). Research methods - preparative chemistry and physicochemical methods, electrical conductivity, electronic, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infrared (IR)-spectroscopy. It was investigated that the change of ligands, taking into account their properties, as well as the properties of the cluster center Re(III) and Re(I) contribute to the directed synthesis of complex rhenium compounds with a certain bioactivity for therapeutic purposes. Synthesized: clusters of Re(III) with amino acids containing aromatic rings (tryptophan, histidine, phenylalanine, tyrosine); compounds of Re(III) with hydroxycarboxylic acids (tartaric, succinic, mandelic, salicylic, etc.); heterocyclic ligands of complex compounds of Re(I).
