The aim of the work is to develop guidelines for improving the staffing of forensic institutions, which provide a comprehensive analysis of the legal and scientific-theoretical framework, as well as organizational issues related to improving staffing to develop a strategic concept that will identify ways solving the leading problem of development and productive activity of forensic institutions. Research methods - general methods (dialectic methods: negation of negation; spiral development; transition of quantitative to qualitative changes, etc .; and methods of logic: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, induction, deduction, etc.); general cognitive scientific methods (observation, description, measurement, planning, experiment, modeling), etc. Theoretical and practical results - the result of the research are methodological recommendations for improving the staffing of forensic institutions. The methodological recommendations for improving the staffing of forensic institutions will reflect the peculiarities of the development of the staffing of forensic institutions, which include the selection, training of professional experts at various educational levels, including the third (educational and scientific) level, motivation and adaptation of employees. The novelty of this work is that it is the first thorough study of gaps in legislation, analysis of scientific publications in this area and the development of general conceptual framework for the development of staffing of forensic institutions based on continuous improvement of professional skills of their employees.
