 The purpose of this work is to develop methodological recommendations that contain a certain algorithm for conducting forensic examination of violations of labor protection and safety at the enterprises of housing and communal services.Objects of research - generalization of methodical and legal bases of forensic engineering and technical examination with the subsequent development of general provisions of appointed and carrying out forensic engineering and technical examinations on research of the reasons and consequences of infringement of requirements of labor protection and safety of life at the enterprises of housing and communal services.The subject of the study - the actual data on the phenomena and processes that in the study situation led (could lead) to the emergence and / or negative manifestation of the victim dangerous (dangerous) factor (s).The subject of engineering and technical expertise on labor protection and life safety at housing and communal services enterprises are factual data, circumstances of the event, which are investigated and established on the basis of methods of general theory of forensic science, in applied sciences to identify causal relationships and due to information activity or inaction of workers and officials in the process of emergency, non-compliance with labor and production discipline, non-compliance with legislation, regulations on labor protection and operational documentation, violation of technological processes, communications,transport, control devices, machines, mechanisms, equipment, tools and other tools, as well as means of collective and individual protection.Theoretical and practical results - an algorithm for conducting a forensic examination of violations of labor protection and safety at the enterprises of housing and communal services.
