 The expected result of the research will be a theoretical generalization and solution of the scientific problem, which is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the use of forensic examinations as evidence that allows you to return to the state budget. The effectiveness of the results of forensic research should be determined taking into account the cost of forensic activities for its scientific, methodological, technical and material support and the amount of funds returned to the state budget by court decisions, which take into account the conclusions of forensic examinations.
