The reason for the current steady state is the high volatility of the housing construction market, an excessive number of challenges and threats that significantly complicate, and sometimes even make it impossible for developers to plan their activities in the medium and long term. This can have critical implications for the developer of financial stability and economic viability. The object of the research is the processes of formation and assessment of the economic strategy of the developer in the housing construction market, taking into account the affordability of housing. The subject of the research is a system of strategic tools of methods and methods of planning and evaluating the activities of the developer. Research methods.
