Object of design is a specialized cryostat system for researches in the field of an external magnet.
The purpose of the work is to design and manufacture a home cryogenic complex for electrical and galvanomagnetic researches in the field in the field of an external magnet.
The following results were obtained:
- after measuring the dimensions of the external magnet operated in the research installation of department 07 of electrical and galvanomagnetic properties of semiconductors of the Institute of Semiconductor Physics named V.E. Lashkarev NASU, designed a structural and functional diagram of a research device based on a cryosystem with a cryostat type A.218 and a temperature controller K.43 and designed documentation for an experimental sample of a cryostat built into an external magnet and made mock-ups of the cryostat.
• - The documentation of the manipulator with software rotation of the sample, with the capacitive level indicator, the built-in temperature sensor and the stepper motor is also designed and mock-up units of the manipulator are mproduced
• - Production of mock-up boards of temperature regulator K.43 is carried out.
