The aim of the project is to create an experimental complex in IHEPNP NSC KIPT on the basis of a linear electron accelerator to perform basic and applied research in nuclear physics and medicine, high energy physics and nuclear energy, as well as experimental determination of detection systems based on thin scintillators and silicon photons. (SiPM), obtaining information on the optical properties of different scintillators and the dynamics of their change under radiation loads, as well as assessing the prospects of using these materials in the front modules of the hadron calorimeter CMS detector, upgraded to high luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HAC) at CERN.
