statistical sampling and analysis, method of theoretical generalization.
Based on the results of the analysis and comparison of world experience, indicators for assessing the leadership potential of Ukrainian universities have been identified, which can be used to determine key indicators of the effectiveness of free economic zones.
Improving the methodology of risk research of the University of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in terms of developing a multi-criteria risk classification
research intellectual activity, allowed to substantiate the relationship between the level of risk of innovation and the stage of the life cycle of the innovative product, as well as to identify key risks of innovation and business universities. The essence of the main competency qualitative characteristics that stakeholders want to see in the field of economics as a result of training at the University of Innovation and Entrepreneurship is considered.
