Aim of this study is an experimental-theoretical reasoning of the participation of vascular-platelet hemostasis in the mechanisms of organoprotection of drugs in glucose metabolism disorders. During the study, the therapeutic schemes for the rational (more effective and safe) use of drugs for the correction of endothelial and vascular disorders in conditions of hyperglycemia and insulin resistance will be developed.
