to determine the directions of personnel development of a modern enterprise;
to evaluate the performance of small and medium-sized businesses;
to describe the state regulation of the business environment;

to characterize current trends in the development of competition and the formation of competitive advantages of the enterprise;
to identify and to specify behavioral aspects of business interaction management;
to develop approaches to managing business processes of an enterprise based on the implementation of a budget management system;
to monitor the impact of environmental factors on the management of environmental and economic activities of enterprises;
to generalize theoretical quality assurance of enterprise management;
to substantiate the development of the enterprise key competencies by redesigning the business processes of the enterprise.
The object of research is the process of business management, taking into account the crisis phenomena inherent in the domestic economy.
