The object of the study ‒ process of development of intelligent adaptive training system for cadets air traffic controllers. The purpose of the work is to ensure the guaranteed achievement of the normative training level by each cadet air traffic controller in the optimal way in a timely manner, in accordance with the available financial, technical and human resources, by introducing a method of adaptive training strategies for future air traffic controllers on simulators. Research methods. The solution of the main research problems is based on the use of the methodology of system analysis and synthesis; theories of complex systems; methods of set theory and fuzzy sets; ergonomics; methods of modeling and application of elements of the artificial intelligence. To reduce the dropout of air traffic controllers in the training process and ensure stability in training are offered: creating an adaptive intelligent information environment, modifying the learning situation by introducing complicating conditions for exercises, the formation of exercises of dosed-progressive complexity. The nature of training tasks should be individualized taking into account the current level of training of the cadet air traffic controllers, his main individual features and be aimed at the development of his competencies. The analysis enables formulating requirements to the adaptive system of training of air traffic controllers. The improved method for the synthesis of the structure of the adaptive training system for future air traffic controllers, with feedback on the results of the training exercise, enables to reduce the number of errors of trainees.
