The vibrational markers (IR and Raman) of the different cell components namely the nucleus, cytoplasm, cell membrane, mitochondria, were obtained. The systematization of the obtained results and assignment of the vibrational bands was done. As a result, a database that can be used for applied biochemical and biological problems was developed.
