During the reporting period, the vibrational spectra of tumour cells treated with boron nitride nanoparticles were analyzed to obtain enhanced vibrational signals from cell components. The vibrational markers (IR and Raman) of the different cell components namely the nucleus, cytoplasm, cell membrane, mitochondria, were obtained. The systematization of the obtained results and assignment of the vibrational bands was done. As a result, a database that can be used for applied biochemical and biological problems was developed.
