The purpose of the study is to analyze the environmental factors that affecting the activities of tourist infrastructure enterprises and, on this basis, to develop theoretical and methodological support for the formation of strategic behavior of the enterprise.
The object of research is the process of influence of environmental factors on the activities of tourist infrastructure enterprises.
The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to assess the impact of environmental factors on the activities of tourist infrastructure enterprises.
Research methods-abstract-logical, monographic, computational-constructive, comparison, statistical-economic methods, and others.
Environmental factors affecting the activities of tourist infrastructure enterprises, stages and methods of assessing the external environment are studied, and models of strategic behavior of the enterprise are thoroughly analyzed.
The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that it has received further development: the theoretical definition of factors of influence of the external environment on enterprises of the tourism industry, the scheme of choosing the strategy of the enterprise taking into account the model of the organization strategic behavior, as well as the choice of the strategic behavior model of organization depending on the type of industry market.
The main results obtained in the course of the study are implemented in the activities of the Private enterprise «VIOLA TRICOLOR» of the Berezansky District of the Mykolaiv region.
