The object of study - the process of assessing the functional state of the organism. The subject of research - medical and biological parameters of the body's subsystems. Purpose and purpose of research work. An urgent problem in predicting the state of the organism on the basis of physiological and psychophysiological indicators. The rationale for the development of a mathematical model of homeostasis of specialists is the need for current and long-term forecasting of the state of the organism, specialists in extreme activities. The task of the study is the need to develop methods and tools for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the current state of homeostasis of specialists in extreme activities, in particular the winterers of the Antarctic station. The medical and biological parameters of the subsystems of the organism of winterers of the Antarctic station and methods of construction of mathematical models are investigated in the work. The departmental research work "Methodology for studying the physiological state of human homeostasis" is performed for the first time. Performers with scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Biocybernetics and Aerospace Medicine. During the work, statistical data on the physiological parameters of specialists in extreme activities, in particular the winterers of the Antarctic station, are processed. Qualitative and quantitative indicators for the development of a mathematical model for predicting the current state of human homeostasis are determined. To develop a software package for automation of the process of processing psychophysiological indicators. The result of the work is an assessment of the functional state of the human body for the selection of winterers of the Antarctic station, as well as the introduction of the Department of Biocybernetics and Aerospace Medicine in the educational process.
