Registration Date 13-08-2021 Organization Physico-Chemical Institute O. Bogatsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The aim of the study: Synthesis of a number of derivatives of 2-(piperazin-1-yl) quinazoline containing residues of fluorine-containing γ-amino acids. Study of antiplatelet activity among 2- (piperazin-1-yl)quinazoline derivatives. Synthesis of acid dihydrazide derivatives - pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid biscarboxyalkylamides and biphenyl derivatives as antiviral agents with anti-inflammatory properties. In vitro screening of synthesized compounds. Analysis of the obtained information on the relationship "structure-properties". A number of 2-(piperazin-1-yl)quinazoline derivatives containing fluorine-containing γ-amino acid residues were synthesized. The antiplatelet activity among 2-(piperazin-1-yl)quinazoline derivatives was studied. Potential ligands of the small gutter DNA (derivatives of acid dihydrazides - biscarboxyalkylamides of pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, biphenyl derivatives) as antiviral agents and interferon inducers with anti-inflammatory properties were synthesized. In vitro screening of synthesized compounds was performed. The structure-property relationship for the obtained information is analyzed. 6-H-indolo [3,2-b]quinoxalines were synthesized. Condensation of 6-bromonaphthalic anhydride with ammonia, hydrazine hydrate and hydroxylamine synthesized naphthalimide derivatives. Condensation of ninhydrin with substituted 1,2-diaminobenzenes synthesizes new derivatives of indenoquinoxaline, from the latter - the corresponding oximes. In vitro screening of synthesized compounds was performed. These compounds, still synthesized, have been studied for their ability to inhibit the induced production of proinflammatory cytokines in vitro and to inhibit the development of carrageenan-induced edema. The detected compounds are active in vitro and in vivo. The analysis of the received information on the connection "structure-properties" is carried out. Potential antiviral agents are predicted by QSAR methods. Databases have been created and classification   Product Description popup.authors Illyushko Natalia О. Andronati Serhii А.
