Objective: scientifically substantiate and develop the concept of physical rehabilitation of athletes with damage to the anterior cruciate ligament to improve the recovery process at various rehabilitation stages.
The purpose of the research phase: to study the effectiveness of the implementation of the developed technology of physical rehabilitation of athletes in team sports with damage to the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint.
Object of study: physical rehabilitation system for athletes with damage to the anterior cruciate ligament.
Subject of research: structure and content of the concept of physical rehabilitation of athletes with damage to the anterior cruciate ligament.
Research methods: general scientific - analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison; sociological - questioning, conversation; pedagogical - observation, pedagogical experiment (ascertaining, formative), pedagogical testing (motor tests, physical performance assessment - PWC170) biomedical - radiography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, content analysis of medical records, clinical and functional tests of the scale, assessment of sensorimotor reactions, anthropometry, bioimpedance analysis of body composition; biomechanical - goniometry, stabilography, myotonometry; methods of mathematical statistics.
