 At the first stage of work the Terms of Reference for the development of the draft Аmendment to DBN V.2.2-3:2018 “Buildings and structures. Еducational institutions” (hereinafter DBN), which contains the basis for the development of the draft Amendment to the DBN, the term of development, purpose and objectives of the draft Аmendment to the DBN, the characteristics of the regulated object, sections and main provisions established by the draft Аmendment to the DBN, the relationship with other regulations, sources of information, stages of works and terms of performance, additional data, and also the list of the organizations (enterprises) to which the draft Amendment to the DBN should be sent for studying and submission of comments, and the list of bodies and organizations that approve the draft Amendment to the DBN.
